    Green Mango Recovery Smoothie

    This smoothie supports post-workout recovery with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and protein-rich ingredients. Chlorella and hemp seeds provide plant protein, mango replenishes glycogen, and spinach adds iron. Vitamin C from mango and lime supports collagen production.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup frozen mango
    • 2 cups baby spinach
    • 1 cup coconut water, or fresh orange juice
    • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter
    • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
    • 1 teaspoon chlorella
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice (from ½ lime)

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.⁣
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.⁣
    • Serve immediately.⁣

    Note:
    • Coconut water can be substituted with fresh orange juice.
    • Start with 1 teaspoon of chlorella and increase to 2 teaspoons if tolerated.
