    This vibrant pre-workout shot is packed with ingredients that support energy, circulation and endurance.     INGREDIENTS

    • 2 small beets
    • 2 small apples
    • 1 lemon, peeled
    • 2-inch piece ginger, peeled
    • 1 teaspoon schisandra powder, optional

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash all produce well and chop into pieces.⁣
    • Juice the beets, apples, lemon, and ginger.⁣
    • Sprinkle in the schisandra powder, if using, and stir well.⁣
    • Drink as a shot, juice, or dilute with an equal amount of sparkling water or coconut water for a hydrating spritzer.⁣
